Q: I have not received my email confirmation, what should I do? 

A: If you have not received your email confirmation an hour after booking, firstly check your junk/spam folder. Following this, send us an email at info@sweettreatscompany.co.uk and we will be able to resend you a confirmation

 

Q: Is my deposit refundable?

A: The deposit confirms your booking. This is a non-refundable payment as we hold the slot for you, preventing others booking the same slot. If for any reason your event is no longer going ahead, please inform us no later than 72 hours before the proposed date and we can transfer your booking to that date at no extra cost. Just drop us a line at info@sweettreatscompany.co.uk to let us know.

 

Q: Am I able to change the product/bundle after payment of the deposit? 

A: Amendments can be made to your booking no later than 48 hours before the event. Contact us at info@sweettreatscompany.co.uk to inform us of any changes you would like to make. The price of your booking may change.

 

Q: I made a mistake while booking, how can I fix this? 

A: Mistakes happen, We understand. Simply send us an email with the details of your booking and we can work with you to rectify any mistakes.

 

Q: Is it possible to purchase multiple products/bundles? 

A: Of course! You can add as many products/bundles as you wish.

 

Q: Can products/bundles be hired for more than 4 hours? 

A: Yes. Please use the contact form on the page or send us an email with the details of your enquiry and we will send you a personalised quote.

 

Q: How is the remaining balance collected

A: The remaining balance is paid on the day upon arrival. This can be done by cash or card. We accept all major credit and debit cards.

 

Q: If products/bundles are required for less than the stated hours is there a reduction in price?

A: Prices quoted are for booking UP TO 4 hours so the price remains the same although the service will be for a lesser duration

 

Q: Do the stated hours include set up and clean up?

A: The duration stated is for the duration of the booking only. Staff will arrive before the time to set up to allow the service to begin at the reserved time.
